<li>Conduct market research, data collection, and report preparation.</li>
<li>Help manage lab activities, including cleanliness, inventory, and equipment calibration.</li>
<li>Work with internal teams on continuous improvement and change management projects.</li>
<li>Perform other business-related tasks assigned by supervisor / co-workers to support business needs.</li>
