Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct audits, and help optimize storage.
• Procurement Support: Assist with sourcing, getting quotes, processing purchase orders, and managing supplier documents.
• Logistics & Operations: Track shipments, manage delivery documentation, and coordinate with internal/external teams for timely distribution of products.
• Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify issues or trends, create reports such as dashboards, and support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to projects focused on automation, efficiency, and implementing best practices.
• Supplier Relations: Assist supplier communication, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance to agreed service level.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with relevant degree studies (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations).
• Prior experience or exposure to supply chain assignments / projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess advanced Microsoft Excel, Words and Outlook skills to manage day-to-day tasks will be an added advantage.
