<li>Designing and developing instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, classroom presentations, and assessments.</li>
<li>Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that meets the needs of the target audience.</li>
<li>Applying instructional design principles and theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.</li>
<li>Using technology and multimedia tools to create interactive and visually appealing content.</li>
<li>Work hand in hand with Learning and Development Lead and Manager to conducting needs analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of the developed content.</li>
<li>Maintaining a consistent look and feel for all learning materials and ensuring that they meet brand and accessibility standards.</li>
<li>Staying current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and continuously improving content design skills.</li>
<li>Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Gather requirements and feedback and ensuring that the content is aligned with business goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Providing guidance and support to other team members or departments on instructional design principles and best practices.</li>
<li>Working with the technology team to integrate the learning content with the appropriate learning management system (LMS) or other technology platforms.</li>
<li>Designing and implementing assessment strategies and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the learning content and make data-driven improvements.</li>
<li>Maintaining a centralized repository of learning materials and ensuring that they are easily accessible and up to date.</li>
<li>Continuously improving their own skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned by superior/ management.</li>
