As part of GBR Group’s commitment to continuous learning and employee growth, the Training Executive will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training and employee engagement programs that support upskilling, professional development, and organizational effectiveness. This role also involves planning and executing events that foster a positive workplace culture, aligned with GBR Group’s mission of empowering people and building long-term success.&nbsp;

Training &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across departments within GBR Group.</li>
<li>Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (in-house or with external providers) to support upskilling and career development.</li>
<li>Create engaging training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules in line with company values and business goals.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, recommending improvements for continuous growth</li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement &amp; Events
<ul>
<li>Plan and organize employee engagement events, workshops, and upskilling activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics for training sessions and employee development events.</li>
<li>Support initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee morale.</li>

Administration &amp; Reporting

<li>Maintain accurate training records and employee development databases.</li>
