<p>As a <strong>Product Innovation &amp; Development Specialist</strong> in the Lifestyle division, you will play a vital role in supporting the Product Innovation &amp; Development Manager to execute initiatives that bring innovative lifestyle products to market. This position requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking and collaborative skills to analyze market trends, manage product lifecycles, and engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Product Development:</strong> Assist the Product Innovation &amp; Development Manager in overseeing the product innovation and development process for the lifestyle merchandising division.</li>
<li><strong>Market Research &amp; Analysis:</strong> Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks. Leverage these insights to develop product concepts with clear unique selling points.</li>
<li><strong>Interdepartmental Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with creative, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to market strategies, product positioning and alignment across all functions.</li>
<li><strong>Product Lifecycle Management:</strong> Support all stages of the product lifecycle, including ideation, sourcing, budgeting and manufacturing, ensuring projects are delivered on time.</li>
<li><strong>External Stakeholder Management:</strong> Coordinate with international suppliers &amp; manufacturers to establish product acceptance criteria and maintain high-quality standards for all products.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Analysis:</strong> Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancements and future innovations.</li>
<li><strong>Trend monitoring:</strong> Stay ahead of industry developments, consumer behaviors and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table for innovative product designs.&nbsp;</li>
