<li>Design, build, and maintain centralized dashboards and regional performance reportsusing tools like Quicksuite, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.</li>
<li>Create and manage interactive, self-serve reporting interfaces for regional business users.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent metric definitions and KPIs across dashboards to support cross-market decision-making.</li>
<li>Perform deep-dive analyses into sales, customer behavior, campaign performance, outlet operations, and supply chain metrics.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights across different countries to support localized and regional strategies.</li>
<li>Partner with business stakeholders to translate data into recommendations that improve performance and customer experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data models, pipelines, and sources support multi-country operations.</li>
<li>Reconcile discrepancies between markets and ensure consistent data integrity across all regions.</li>
<li>Document and enforce KPI standards, filter logic, and reporting rules across markets.</li>
<li>Serve as a key data liaison for country managers, regional leads, and department heads.</li>
<li>Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, providing insights that help guide tactical and strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Proactively identify data gaps and opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes</li>
<li>Train business users on dashboard usage, data interpretation, and self-service tools.</li>
<li>Champion data literacy and consistency across regional teams.</li>
</ul>
