<p>Position Responsibilities</p>
<p>The Regional Interior Designer is responsible for supporting the drafting and design development of international projects, producing submission and construction drawings, and standardizing design documentation across markets. This role also supports design governance by reviewing franchisee proposals, coordinating with regional teams on design matters, and ensuring compliance with design and build guidelines.</p>

<p><strong>Design &amp; Documentation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop layout plans, 3D perspectives, and full set technical drawings for international outlets.</li>
<li>Ensure drawings are compliant with brand standards and relevant local requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Standardization &amp; Guidelines</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in producing and maintaining design guidelines, standard drawing templates, and detail libraries.</li>
<li>Support consistency and quality in design across all regions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Franchise Design Review</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Review and comment on design proposals submitted by franchisees.</li>
<li>Ensure design alignment with brand identity, functional requirements, and technical feasibility.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Regional Design Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Respond to design-related enquiries from all regions and upcoming countries.</li>
<li>Support localization of design for various markets while maintaining brand integrity.</li>

<p><strong>Quality Control of Submissions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring submitted drawings and documents (internal or franchise) meet visual, technical, and formatting standards before release.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Documentation &amp; Version Control Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Helping to organize, archive, and manage updates of drawing sets and guideline documents, especially across different countries/versions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Design Process &amp; Workflow Optimization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Contributing feedback or improvements to how the team produces, reviews, or localizes design documents (especially helpful in international/regional rollouts).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross-Department Liaison (Informal)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Acting as a point of contact between COE Design and Ops, Marketing, or Construction teams on matters affecting design execution or layout practicality.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Training &amp; Onboarding (Light)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Occasionally assisting new regional team members or franchisees to understand the design standards, templates, and tools.</li>
</ul>
