Job Description

 Position Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with regional operations, product, and engineering teams to gather system enhancement requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and system specifications
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• Process flows and user journeys
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business objbjectives                       
• Support continuous improvement of the POS platfoform across regional markets
• Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements or optimizations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements during development.
• Ensure enhancements are implemented without disrupting store operations .
• Design structured test scenarios and test cases for POS system changes
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Validate that system changes meet functional and operational requirements
• Track and manage defects during testing cycles
• Organize and facilitate UAT sessions with regional stakeholders
• Prepare testing documentation and test scripts
• Ensure testing coverage for critical POS workflows such as:
• - Sales transactions
• - Payment processing
• - Promotions and discounts
• - Store operations
• Provide release readiness validation before production deployment
• Maintain complete audit-ready documentation for all POS system changes
• Ensure all system changes follow change management and governance processes
• Track enhancement requests, approvals, and release notes
• Maintain system documentation for compliance, operational reference, and future improvements.
• Support POS platform initiatives across multiple regional markets
• Align system processes and documentation standards across regions.
• Facilitate communication between operations, product teams, and engineering.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Experience supporting enterprise or retail systems.
• Experience coordinating UAT and system testing.
• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Business process analysis.
• Test case design and structured testing.
• UAT coordination and defect tracking.
• Change management and system governance.
• Experience working with systems such as:
• - Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms
• - Retail or store operations systems
• - Enterprise business applications
