<li>Work closely with regional operations, product, and engineering teams together system enhancement requirements.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and system specifications.</li>
<li>Produce structured documentation including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Business Requirement Documents (BRD)</li>
<li>Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)</li>
<li>Process flows and user journeys</li>
</ul>
<li>Ensure requirement are complete,traceable, and aligned with business objectives</li>
</ul>

<p>2. POS System Enhancement Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Support continuous improvement of the POS platform across regional markets.</li>
<li>Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements or optimizations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements during development.</li>
<li>Ensure enhancements are implemented without disrupting store operations.</li>
</ul>

<p>3. Structured Testing &amp; Quality Assurance</p>
<ul>
<li>Design structured test scenarios and test cases for POS system changes.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.</li>
<li>Validate that system changes meet functional and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Track and manage defects during testing cycles.</li>
</ul>

<p>4. UAT Coordination &amp; Release Readiness</p>

<li>Organize and facilitate UAT sessions with regional stakeholders.</li>
<li>Prepare testing documentation and test scripts.</li>
<li>Ensure testing coverage for critical POS workflows such as:</li>

<li>Sales transactions</li>
<li>Payment processing</li>
<li>Promotions and discounts</li>
<li>Store operations</li>

<li>Provide release readiness validation before production deployment</li>

<li>Maintain complete audit-ready documentation for all POS system changes.</li>
<li>Ensure all system changes follow change management and governance processes.</li>

<li>Maintain system documentation for compliance, operational reference, and future improvements.</li>
