<li>Assist in planning and organizing social calendar, campaign storyline, big idea, content angles for social media posts with a clear map of key target audiences</li>
<li>Plan, craft, develop, publish, and evaluate crafted content on all social media platforms (FB, IG, IG Stories, Twitter &amp; Tiktok) to grow an audience, build brand awareness, enhance community engagement, and ultimately boost sales.</li>
<li>Write compelling and persuasive ad copy in both English and Malays for various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.</li>
<li>Identify customers’ needs and gaps in previous content and recommend new topics.</li>
<li>Manage event coverage - document event activities for the usage of owned and paid channels.</li>
<li>Monitor social media comments and liaise with the Customer Service Team to address any issues or required improvements.</li>
<li>Produce well-researched marketing assets and content for inbound and outbound campaigns.</li>
<li>Develop ideas, edit, publish and share content for online giveaways, contests, and promotions.</li>
<li>Communicate and cooperate with other departments for content production and to ensure consistency.</li>
<li>Communicate campaigns/ promotions to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Handle marketing campaigns &amp; promotions with ZUS App Backend System as well as the setup of promotional activities.</li>
<li>Analyze data, activities, follower responses and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using social listening platform data and insights.</li>
<li>Adhere to the established KRs and perform other related duties as assigned by superior/ management.</li>
</ul>
