Position Overview As a Social Media &amp; Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for creating and supporting content across our social media platforms, while helping the team execute marketing campaigns that drive user growth — from awareness to app downloads, signups, and engagement.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll analyze what performs well, stay on top of crypto trends, and contribute fresh campaign ideas to improve our marketing performance and community growth. 
Key Responsibilities <ins>Social Media Content &amp; Trend Research</ins> - Create engaging content for our social media channels (e.g., Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu)  - Research and monitor crypto trends, market narratives, and viral content formats  - Analyze content performance to understand what works best (e.g., engagement, clicks, reach) - Track competitor activities and identify campaign ideas that are working in the market&nbsp;

<ins>Campaign Ideation &amp; Execution Support</ins> - Brainstorm and propose new campaign ideas to increase awareness and user participation  - Support the execution of ongoing campaigns across both organic and paid channels
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, product, ops, BD, and partners) to ensure campaigns run smoothly - Assist in campaign planning, timelines, and deliverable coordination to ensure timely execution

<ins>Growth &amp; Community Outreach</ins>
Assist in exploring new growth channels such as: - Telegram trading communities  - Discord servers  - Influencer/ affiliate channels - Web3 and crypto media platforms

Additional support includes: - Help support referral and influencer campaigns by coordinating forms, tracking results, and collecting submissions  - Work closely with internal teams to support campaign launches and improve the user onboarding experience

<ins>Marketing Operations &amp; Reporting</ins> - Support marketing operations tasks such as managing trackers, updating campaign sheets, and organizing marketing materials  - Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting (e.g., campaign results summaries, content performance insights)  - Handle structured admin tasks such as documentation, reporting support, and record-keeping (including accurate data updates)
