Position Overview The Trade &amp; Risk Intern supports the full-time Trade &amp; Risk Operations team in monitoring, reporting, and handling live chat inquiries. The goal is to reduce the operational workload by managing routine checks, data updates, and first-level communication, ensuring smooth trading operations and risk control. 
Key Responsibilities <ins>Trade Operations Support</ins> Monitor and update daily trade activity logs, exposure reports, and PnL trackers. Assist in verifying trade execution details (order time, execution time, slippage, or abnormal fills).  Conduct basic checks on order rejections, spread updates, or mirror bot synchronization. Support daily and shift-based data preparation for Book A/B review.

<ins>Risk Monitoring Assistance</ins> Help compile daily/weekly exposure summaries and PnL segmentation sheets. Perform regular checks on alert dashboards (latency, margin ratio, hedge threshold, etc.). Escalate abnormal trading activities or system inconsistencies to the full-time team. Maintain record accuracy for hedge logs, LP quotes, and spread settings.

<ins>Chat Handling &amp; Communication</ins> Manage live chat channels to support traders, internal teams, or partners. Provide first-level responses using standard scripts or SOP guidelines. Escalate technical or critical issues to the relevant full-time member or department. Document chat cases and ensure proper handover notes are recorded. Track follow-up tickets to ensure timely resolution and communication.

<ins>Reporting &amp; Documentation</ins> Prepare draft reports for daily and weekly Trade &amp; Risk reviews.  Update operational SOPs, checklists, and version logs when changes occur. Assist in data gathering for monthly performance or risk summary reports. Support shift handover documentation and record maintenance.
