We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Admin cum Sales Coordinator to support daily office functions, training coordination preparation, and sales coordination. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth internal operations and successful execution of training programs.


Responsibilities:
You should perform according to the following job scopes: (for 1Training Worklife Management Sdn Bhd)


1.Office Administration and General Maintenance
a) Check mailbox regularly
b) Maintain and keep track of office’s assets and training material
c) General matters of office &amp; Up Keep of the office


2.Sales Support &amp; Coordination
a) Blast mailing &amp; cold calling to prospects and customers
b) Assist in marketing activities (design and prepare for marketing materials)
c) Resort and hotel – to get quotation or information &amp; coordination


3. Training supports
a) Assist in training preparation and support (This involves both pre &amp; post training programs, including preparation of training materials such as participants’ manual, grouping list, pack and unpack props.)


Any other job assignments or support as and when needed from the Company but which is not stated above.
