Job Description

We’re looking for a Designer specialising in UI / UX who can translate strong visual thinking into high-impact digital experiences for ambitious, fast-growing brands.

Based on your experience with creating and applying complete brand systems, you’ll bring them to life through intuitive, high-converting e-commerce experiences. You should have strong typography and layout skills, a sharp eye for art direction, and the ability to translate visual storytelling into user journeys and interface design. Your work will directly influence how customers engage with our clients online.

Job Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, visual design, and layout work, with bonus points for any digital or web-related projects
• Excellent visual design fundamentals, especially in typography, composition, and color
• A sharp eye for art direction and the ability to translate visual identity into cohesive digital experiences
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and confidently
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage timelines and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting
• Curiosity and a growth mindset — especially if you’re new to UI/UX or Shopify, you’ll be supported with training to level up quickly
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Bonus points:

• Familiarity with the Shopify platform, including how themes work, what can be customized, and how apps extend functionality.
• Sharp attention to detail, especially when it comes to visual consistency and user experience
• A solid understanding of technical constraints and possibilities, allowing for smoother collaboration with developers. (This isn’t a coding role, but technical fluency is important)
