We’re looking for a hands-on Finance &amp; Operations Analyst who is strong in financial basics but comfortable rolling up their sleeves across admin and operational tasks.
This is not a pure FP&amp;A role you’ll support forecasting, reporting, and commercial finance, while also helping keep the day-to-day finance operations running smoothly (invoicing, tracking payments, coordinating with accountants).
If you’re someone who wants exposure to real startup finance (not just spreadsheets), this role gives you end-to-end visibility from numbers → decisions → execution.

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<h4>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain simple forecasts (revenue, costs, cash flow)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track burn rate and runway&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support basic financial modelling and scenario planning&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Reporting &amp; Insights</h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly reports (revenue, costs, cash position)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track key business metrics and flag issues early&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support management with financial insights for decision-making&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Commercial &amp; Deal Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Track deal-level revenue and margins&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support pricing, costing, and simple ROI analysis&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with pipeline → revenue tracking&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Finance Operations (Admin)</h4>
<ul>
<li>Handle invoicing and payment tracking&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain basic general ledger records&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with external accountants for bookkeeping and compliance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage simple admin tasks (e.g. expense tracking, document organisation, bookings if needed)&nbsp;</li>

<h4>AI-Enabled Productivity</h4>

<li>Use AI tools to speed up reporting and analysis&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build simple templates for recurring finance workflows</li>
