We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist (Admin) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and track delivery timelines to ensure materials arrive as planned.</li>
<li>Coordinate with sales, project, and design teams to confirm product specifications and stock availability.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock control.</li>
<li>Oversee goods receiving and dispatching for project materials (including studio materials for shoots).</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics and deliveries between warehouse, suppliers, and project sites.</li>
<li>Work closely with project managers to align delivery schedules with site timelines.</li>
<li>Track all purchase expenses and maintain accurate procurement records.</li>
<li>Verify supplier invoices with the finance team, process payments, and reconcile discrepancies.</li>
<li>Support cost optimization initiatives and supplier performance evaluation.</li>
<li>Support the smooth running of daily office operations.</li>
<li>Manage documentation, filing, and record keeping for procurement and project-related matters.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation flow between departments and external stakeholders.</li>
