Summary:
As a Trainer, you will enable new and existing team members to achieve job readiness and operational excellence within a fast-paced supply chain environment. You will bridge process knowledge, system proficiency, and performance standards through structured training, on-floor coaching, and data-driven learning interventions. You will work closely with Operations, Process, and Quality teams to ensure employees are equipped to perform effectively across order management, logistics coordination, tools, and SOP adherence.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate new hire training programs aligned to operational processes, systems, and SOPs
Conduct on-floor coaching to close knowledge and performance gaps
Deliver training on process workflows, tools, policies, and operational controls
Translate complex operational procedures into practical, easy-to-understand learning content
Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and conduct RCA
Develop targeted retraining plans based on performance data and error trends
Manage end-to-end training lifecycle for batches (5–25 headcount)
Track, measure, and report training effectiveness and readiness metrics
Lead training projects to improve training structure, content, and delivery methods
Ensure training materials remain current with process and system updates
Participate in process calibration sessions with stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to process adherence and quality
Skills & Capabilities:
Functional Expertise
Strong understanding of supply chain, order management, logistics, procurement operations, or shared services operations
Ability to understand operational workflows and convert them into structured training
Experience working with SOP-driven, system-intensive environments
Training & Facilitation
Proven experience designing and delivering process or system training
Strong facilitation, presentation, and engagement skills (virtual and classroom)
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional techniques
Data & Performance Orientation
Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and create targeted learning interventions
Experience conducting RCA and translating findings into training actions
Strong reporting and tracking skills using Excel / reporting tools
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Operations, Process, and Quality teams
Ability to influence and coach employees across different learning styles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tools & Technology
Comfortable with training platforms, e-learning tools, and MS Office / Google Suite
Experience training on ERP / ticketing / order management systems is a strong advantage
