No day is a dull day; you will enjoy daily communication with employees. Success will be contributing to the overall People team and assisting with achieving the overall objectives for the Enable Scorecard. You will report to the Employee Success Head of Service Delivery APAC and work closely with your colleagues within the People Team. Day-to-day, you will: • Provide first line support to all employees across the organization through our internal tools. • Support the recruitment team by providing a great onboarding experience to new starters by processing systems, facilitating the Company Welcome Event, and working with internal teams • Own all administration processes from role changes, changes in hours, promotions, maternity/paternity, salary reviews etc. and working closely with the payroll team • Create and continually review key processes and practices, ensuring accurate documentation • Create and coordinate reference requests • Administer our internal HR systems and ensuring both electronic records are up to date and accurate • Produce ad-hoc reports • Process leavers and offboarding • Work with an outsourced benefits supplier as the primary contact • Manage the HR Ticketing system dealing with employee queries and requests to be addressed within set timeframes • Be part of HR team projects, working alongside the HR Advisers and HR Business Partners • Be proactively involved in the monthly Company Welcome Event. • Provide support to the HR Advisers with ER cases including investigation, disciplinary, occupational health and absence review meetings Your skills and experiences might also include: • Being an excellent communicator, with the ability to deal with conflict with employees and leaders • Having an eye for detail • Being able to prioritise conflicting demands; spinning lots of plates at one time • Being passionate about providing an excellent customer service • The ability to work in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and pick up any ad hoc duties from time to time • Excellent IT skills and specifically MS Office • Fun-loving team player – it’s at the heart of our culture!
