Job Description

  

  • Multi-tasking job roles are required.
  • Manage to handle full set of account with minimal supervision.
  • Provide administrative and data entries support
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare month end journal entries
  • Process expense reports
  • Prepare tax invoice, payment/ receiving voucher and monitor overdue accounts
  • Familiar with GST tax code and reporting
  • HR admin knowledge will be added advantages
  • Other ad hoc duties and when assigned job.
  • Update employee Handbook, HR policy and procedure, etc
  • Manage monthly payroll, income tax submission, etc

Job Requirements

  

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”0” level and above.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, meticulous and is a team player
  • Able to work independently, initiatively.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL accounting system and short notice period is an added advantage.
  • Update Employee Handbook, HR policy and procedure, etc

  • Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred
    • Local citizens of this country
