About the Company

Actifchem Sdn. Bhd. is a chemical import and distribution company serving industrial customers in Malaysia. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented team member to support our procurement and safety-related activities.

Job Summary

This role supports daily purchasing work and helps the company manage basic safety and regulatory requirements. Training will be provided. The role involves working with suppliers, internal teams, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

• Assist in purchasing chemicals and related materials.
   
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
   
• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, documents, and delivery status.
   
• Help maintain procurement records and simple reports.
   

Safety & Compliance Support

• Assist in maintaining safety documents such as SDS, SOPs, and training records.
   
• Support basic workplace safety activities and compliance requirements.
   
• Help prepare documents for inspections, renewals, or audits.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Science, Safety & Health, or related fields.
   
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
   
• Willing to learn procurement processes and safety requirements.
   
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with different teams.
   
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
   
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email).
