Key Responsibilities - Brand Dot Com (D2C) Management: 

Website Maintenance:

• Monitor website performance and identify issues such as broken links, missing images, or errors, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work with the development team to implement necessary updates and improvements to the website.
• Perform regular backups and ensure the website's security measures are up-to-date. 

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of the website functionalities, including the shopping cart, checkout process, and overall user experience.
• Identify and report any bugs or issues to the development team for resolution.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize website elements for improved conversion rates. 

Divisional Monitoring:

• Coordinate with different divisions within the company to track the progress of their projects and tasks.
• Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration. 

Analytical Skills & Continuous Learning:

• Extract, analyze and come up with key insights for D2C brands focusing on commercial key metrics such as GMV, Orders, AOV, CTR%, CR%, Bounce Rate %, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and new technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions. 

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align website initiatives with overall company objectives. 

Client Success Management:

• Lead day to day client communication and handle 1st level escalations.
• Lead client meetings like weekly updates, monthly & quarterly business reviews; liaise with other stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure all client billings are done timely.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• From 3 years of experience in E-commerce or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
