Key Responsibilities - Brand Dot Com (D2C) Management:&nbsp;
Website Maintenance: 
<ul>
<li>Monitor website performance and identify issues such as broken links, missing images, or errors, ensuring timely resolution.</li>
<li>Work with the development team to implement necessary updates and improvements to the website.</li>
<li>Perform regular backups and ensure the website's security measures are up-to-date.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Quality Assurance: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct thorough testing of the website functionalities, including the shopping cart, checkout process, and overall user experience.</li>
<li>Identify and report any bugs or issues to the development team for resolution.</li>
<li>Implement A/B testing to optimize website elements for improved conversion rates.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Divisional Monitoring: 
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with different divisions within the company to track the progress of their projects and tasks.</li>
<li>Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Analytical Skills &amp; Continuous Learning: 
<ul>
<li>Extract, analyze and come up with key insights for D2C brands focusing on commercial key metrics such as GMV, Orders, AOV, CTR%, CR%, Bounce Rate %, etc.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and new technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Team Collaboration: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align website initiatives with overall company objectives.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Client Success Management: 
<ul>
<li>Lead day to day client communication and handle 1st level escalations.</li>
<li>Lead client meetings like weekly updates, monthly &amp; quarterly business reviews; liaise with other stakeholders as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all client billings are done timely.</li>
</ul>
