Job Title: Partner Specialist - Chinese Speaking
Location: KL Eco City (Hybrid after confirmation)
Reporting To: Country Manager, China
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 2pm - 11pm
About the Role:

We are seeking a relationship-driven and detail-oriented Partners Specialist (Chinese Speaking) to provide exceptional B2B support to our partners in the Chinese market. 

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end partner onboarding process, efficiently handling daily operations such as rebate adjustments and system synchronizations, and ensuring a seamless partnership experience while adhering to internal operational policies and ethical standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner Onboarding & Configuration: Receive and review IB applications, verify eligibility, configure IB groups in the system, and educate partners on account procedures (deposits, withdrawals, platforms).
• Daily Operations & Troubleshooting: Handle day-to-day operations including system connections, rebate adjustments, and commission payments.
• System Administration: Update and synchronize IB settings, group changes, and client claims across core platforms including Salesforce, Client Portal, and MT4/MT5 Manager.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Partner/Account Manager team and Payments team to coordinate account activations, investigate rebate discrepancies, and process client transfers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive support (phone, live chat, email), answering general inquiries, following up on funding requests, and ensuring high ethical standards are met.

Job Requirements

• Native Chinese and Fluent English (Verbal and Written) will be compulsory.
• Experience in Customer Service, Partner Support, or People Operations role.
• Knowledge of the FX/CFD industries will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
• Strong negotiation skills with a driven and results-oriented mindset
• Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily operations
