Job Responsibilities

<li>Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to recipes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Cook and plate dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef / Sous Chef</li>
<li>Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards</li>
<li>Assist with stock rotation and inventory control</li>
<li>Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes</li>
<li>Support the team during peak service hours</li>
<li>Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored </li>
</ul>
