Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

Main purpose of Branch Manager is to plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch
Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation
Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer
To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all time

Principle Responsibilities & duties

To ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON's information assets are protected
To promptly report any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior
To deliver excellence quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company interest
To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations
To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Companying customers at all time

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
STPM/SPM with minimum 3 years related experience and with leading team experiences
