About the role

As a Senior Executive, Motorcycle Financing at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our motorcycle financing business. This full-time position is located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, and offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Banking & Financial Services industry, specifically in the Mortgages sub-industry.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible in developing short- and long-term connections and relationships with potential customers or business partners.  
• Ensure effective & efficient sales operation in order to obtain maximum return on company investment with sales target achievement. 
• To understand each department standardization operation procedure & manage the compliance. 
• To plan & present department's 6 months planning in advance & continuously update 6 months planning on monthly basis. 
• To responsible the achievement of Motorcycle Financing sales target & to be profit-oriented. 
• To strategies, implement and carry out the action plan accordingly. 
• Ensure compliance of guidelines and operational procedures. 
• Assist Business group head to monitor all the regions performance with creative marketing plan. 
• Marketing and focus on business expansion in Motorcycle Financing.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the motorcycle financing or related financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian motorcycle market, financing regulations, and credit evaluation processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams
• Proactive, customer-centric mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
