About the role 
As a Senior Executive, Motorcycle Financing at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our motorcycle financing business. This full-time position is located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, and offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Banking &amp; Financial Services industry, specifically in the Mortgages sub-industry.
What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Responsible in developing short- and long-term connections and relationships with potential customers or business partners.  </li>
<li>Ensure effective &amp; efficient sales operation in order to obtain maximum return on company investment with sales target achievement. </li>
<li>To understand each department standardization operation procedure &amp; manage the compliance. </li>
<li>To plan &amp; present department's 6 months planning in advance &amp; continuously update 6 months planning on monthly basis. </li>
<li>To responsible the achievement of Motorcycle Financing sales target &amp; to be profit-oriented. </li>
<li>To strategies, implement and carry out the action plan accordingly. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance of guidelines and operational procedures. </li>
<li>Assist Business group head to monitor all the regions performance with creative marketing plan. </li>
<li>Marketing and focus on business expansion in Motorcycle Financing.</li>
