Job Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce insurance products and explain benefits.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Provide responsive support and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collect customer feedback to identify service improvement areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English (written & spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
