<li>Policy Recommendations: Providing advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs, changes in regulations, or any new insurance products that may suit them better.</li>
<li>Handling Inquiries: Addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers regarding the renewal process, coverage, or payments.</li>
<li>Documentation and Paperwork: Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the renewal process are completed accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Premium Collection: Facilitating the premium payment process and ensuring that customers make timely payments to renew their policies.</li>
<li>Data Maintenance: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, policy renewals, and other relevant information in the database.</li>
<li>Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products or services to customers.</li>
