As an Account Intern, you will be the backbone of our daily finance operations, keeping records accurate, supporting invoices and payments, and helping the team run smoothly.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Tasks

• Process invoices and enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
• Prepare and support payment runs and match supplier statements under supervision.

Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain ledgers, file receipts, and keep digital records organised for audits.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and produce simple financial summaries for the team.

Support & Process Improvement

• Help with basic data analysis and improve spreadsheet workflows for faster reporting.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve billing and invoice queries.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Accounting or related field.
• 0 years of work experience, open to fresh graduates and current students.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Accounting fundamentals, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Basic data analysis and comfort with spreadsheets for reconciliations and reports.
• High attention to detail when handling numerical records.
