Admin / Customer Service Intern
We're looking for a motivated Admin / Customer Service Intern to join our team! This internship is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in administrative work, customer service, and office operations.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.</li>
<li>Reply to WhatsApp messages, emails, and other customer enquiries in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist customers with product or service information and provide basic support.</li>
<li>Handle appointment scheduling and follow-up with customers.</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.</li>
<li>Prepare quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents (training provided).</li>
<li>Assist with filing, documentation, and general office administration.</li>
<li>Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields.</li>
<li>Friendly, responsible, and well-organized.</li>
<li>Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).</li>
<li>Willing to learn and able to work in a team.</li>
</ul>
Internship Details
Duration: 3–6 months Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
