Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, industries, and market trends 
• Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate leads 
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information 
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials 
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients 
• Support senior consultants in ongoing business development activities 
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Confident in speaking with clients and stakeholders 
• Good research and analytical abilities 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic sales outreach is a plus 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
