Job Description

• Greet and assist customers professionally. 
• Recommend suitable coffee products based on customer preferences. 
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to company standards. 
• Demonstrate coffee machines and related products to customers. 
• Promote ongoing sales campaigns, promotions, and new products. 
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and working area. 
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisor. 
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely. 
• Achieve sales targets and daily KPIs set by management. 
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising at outlet. 
• Perform cashiering duties when required. 
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 
• Experience in retail, café, F&B, or sales environment is an added advantage. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. 
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts. 
• Basic knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods is an advantage. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
