Position: Customer Service

Job Scope: E-KYC is a process conducted for Chinese-speaking sellers who are registered on Global huge E-Commerce.

<li>Conduct thorough KYC checks and monitor customer activities to identify potential fraud.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain effective fraud detection and prevention strategies.</li>
<li>Analyze transaction patterns and investigate suspicious activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and security measures.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports on fraud cases and KYC compliance.</li>
<li>Provide support and training to team members on fraud prevention strategies.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.</li>
<li>Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.</li>
<li>Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.</li>
