Position: Regional Sales Manager
As a Regional Sales Manager overseeing the Southeast Asia region, responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies, managing agency relationships, and driving business growth across multiple markets. 
1.Led the SEA sales team to achieve targets through strategic planning and execution. 2.Identified and secured new business opportunities and agency partnerships while maintaining existing relationships. 3.Managed sales pipelines, provided accurate forecasts, and regularly reported performance to management. 4.Coached and developed team members to meet high professional standards and fostered a collaborative team culture. 5.Oversaw debt collection activities and ensured timely reporting of outstanding accounts.&nbsp;
