Job Description

 < Job Summary >
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director and General Manager.
his role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

< Key Responsibilities >
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Director and GM
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from weekly meetings
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls

Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on key initiatives and projects
- Liaise with internal departments and external on behalf of the Director and GM
- Support event planning, workshops, and executive meetings

Travel & Logistics:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Process expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner

Office Operations:
- Help manage office supplies, equipment, and services relevant to the Executive Office
- Ensure the smooth running of administrative workflows and systems
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by GM or MD 


Job Requirements

 ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 2 years of experience in dealing in secretarial, administration, office assistant tasks

■ ADVANTAGES
・Candidate with experience working in manufacturing industry has advantage
