Job Description

 1. Aftermarket Demand Planning
• Assist in analyzing sales forecasts, historical demand, and usage trends to support spare parts and aftermarket demand planning.
• Monitor customer orders and service requirements to align warehouse stock levels accordingly.

1. Warehouse Capacity & Resource Planning
   • Assist in planning warehouse space allocation, storage optimization, and material handling requirements.
   • Track inbound and outbound movements to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
   
2. Inventory & Stock Monitoring
   • Support stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory control activities.
   • Monitor safety stock levels and highlight potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
   
3. Operational Coordination
   • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely availability and dispatch of parts.
   • Liaise with customer service and sales teams to support urgent or special demand requests. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse planning or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, demand planning, or spare parts distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is a plus).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, able to coordinate across departments.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under tight timelines.
