Job responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Comply and enforce standardized asset management policies, processes, controls and integrated technologies that enable effective management of the customers’ assets.</li>
<li>Collect and maintain accurate hardware and software inventory data, storage and tracking of information associated with IT hardware transactions within contracted service as per customers’ requirement.</li>
<li>To conduct quality reviews of ICMS (Install, Change, Move and Surplus) activities under ticketing system for service request/ work order (such as change task, request catalog, description update, &amp; etc.), to ensure compliance to the company's policy and process.</li>
<li>Coordinate periodic asset cycle-count audits at client sites, to measure and record asset accuracy, with the results to be reported to the IS Manager.</li>
<li>Ensure hardware &amp; software ICMS (Install, Change, Move and Surplus) activities are tracked and updated into the Asset Repository in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Perform functions and activities pertaining to Software Asset Management and Lost &amp; Stolen process for asset record.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
