<p>Job purpose:<br>Perform administration/maintenance of Servers/Network equipment and Systems to ensure the smooth running of business operation. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><ins>IT   Equipment Maintenance</ins></strong></p>
<p>Managing windows desktop PCs and Servers in the Windows   Active Directory environment. The   scope covers:</p>
<p>- Windows Server</p>
<p>- Services such as AD, DNS and   DHCP</p>
<p>- Microsoft 365 Administration</p>
<p>- Users’ permissions and   printer sharing</p>
<p>- Troubleshooting Windows   related problems</p>
<p>- Regular servers’ maintenance.</p>
<p>- Backup and restore procedure   for critical servers.</p>
<p>- Managing antivirus solution</p>
<p>Managing firewall</p>
<p>- Setup new access control   rules</p>
<p>- Log maintenance</p>
<p>- Troubleshooting firewall   related problems</p>
<p>Managing windows desktop pcs and servers in the   networked environment</p>
<p>- TCP/IP – ip address, subnet   mask, gateway, routes</p>
<p><strong><ins>Maintenance   and Implementation</ins></strong></p>
<p>Troubleshoot, support, and maintain PCs, test and   implement upgrades of PCs in order to ensure the reliability of IT to support   daily business operation. Planning of   PC refresh program and standardization of office applications and operating   system.</p>
<p><strong><ins>IT   Security</ins></strong></p>
<p>To perform security update on all systems to ensure   all vulnerabilities are patched and fixed. Coordinate with external vendor on Penetration Test twice yearly.</p>
<p><strong><ins>Project</ins></strong> <strong><ins>Coordination</ins></strong></p>
<p>Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure   requirement such as PCs and printers for existing offices in order to support   new business operation and enhance existing business operation. As for the   project based assignment on new project/new office setup, to coordinate with   vendors on full implementation which include servers, network, PCs and   printers.</p>
<p><strong><ins>Special   Assignments</ins></strong></p>
<p>Assist General Manager and Senior Manager to perform   any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project   and task completion.&nbsp;</p>
