Job Description

Retail & Luxury Experience

  • Strong background in retail, preferably in luxury boutique or premium brands.
  • Experience in client servicing, store operations, and selling.
     

Leadership & People Management

  • Able to lead, coach, and supervise junior staff.
  • Experience managing rosters, new hire training, and staff performance.
  • Capable of motivating a team to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Boutique Operations Knowledge

  • Experience with front & back-office operations: merchandising, store maintenance, stock management, and daily operational tasks.
  • Understanding of sales reporting, petty cash handling, and basic administrative duties.
     

Customer Experience Skills

  • Strong ability to deliver first-class customer service.
  • Good product knowledge, presentation, and professional appearance.
     

Event & Client Relationship Management

  • Able to assist with internal/external events, client follow-ups, and relationship-building.

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable using IT/sales/CRM tools for reporting and daily operations.

Job Requirements

 Customer Service Skills

  • Strong customer service experience (hospitality, retail, front desk, concierge, receptionist, etc.).
  • Able to greet, assist, and manage customer flow professionally.
  • Comfortable serving guests (e.g., beverages, welcome materials).


Communication Skills

  • Good communication skills in English (and other languages are a plus).
  • Able to handle phone calls and emails politely and efficiently.
  • Able to coordinate customer appointments with sales staff clearly and accurately.
     

Administrative & Coordination Skills

  • Experience with basic admin tasks: scheduling, data entry, handling CRM, updating calendars, tracking emails.
  • Ability to assist with roster planning and support boutique operations.
     

Multitasking & Organisation

  • Able to manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors at the same time.
  • Strong attention to detail — recording appointments, tracking client communications, and ensuring accuracy.
     

Professionalism & Presentation

  • Well-groomed, professional appearance (front-of-house role).
  • Friendly, warm, and confident in interacting with clients.
     

Boutique/Front Office Support

  • Experience monitoring boutique access, informing staff of guest arrivals, and ensuring the front area is always neat and presentable.
