About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Sales Engineer to drive sales and build lasting relationships with manufacturing companies in Malaysia. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, providing product guidance while actively identifying sales opportunities. Your ability to communicate complex industrial solutions in a clear, customer-friendly way will be key to growing our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with manufacturing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable industrial products.
  • Provide technical consultation and demonstrations, showcasing product benefits and applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Manage inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely customer support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Deliver product training and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • 1-3 Years experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector      
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and applications is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
