- Able to work with technical and sales team member to work out solution selling into prospect account base.
- Partner with technical team to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate clearly the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence.
Job Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Technical background is preferred.
2. Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or engineering role.
3. Technical Skills
- Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
- Knowledge of industrial products, machinery, or manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Basic skills in preparing quotation, proposal, and sales documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
