<li>Full time placement at Vale Minerals Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Manjung, Perak.</li>
<li>Monitor, perform and track the detailed scope of work including Vibration Analysis Program: up to 1000 offline &amp; online condition monitoring.</li>
<li>Provide engineering support on Thermography and Alignment.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Key Responsibilities</ins>:
<ul>
<li>Execute routine vibration data collection services using a portable analyser or monthly. Non-routine monitoring can be expected from time to time.</li>
<li>Execute thermography services on critical assets when required.</li>
<li>Execute shaft alignment services during shutdown when required.</li>
<li>Prepare the service reports on thermography and alignment activity for review by Service Engineer, prior to submission to VMM staff.</li>
<li>Work closely with Segment Lead to monitor bearing consumption.</li>
<li>Support onsite bearing dismounting or mounting activities.</li>
<li>Support oil analysis and grease calculation activities.</li>
<li>Utilize SKF database to maintain all equipment logs, repair history and spare parts consumption.</li>
<li>Prepare necessary documentation for billing process.</li>
<li>Maintain and ensure availability of the company’s car.</li>
</ul>
