Job Description
- Managing and supporting our existing SAW service centers in Sibu and Penang.
- Providing technical support during the pre-sales process, including site assessments and product recommendation.
- Acting as the bridge between engineering capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring the right solutions are proposed and delivered.
- Supporting customers in palm oil mills, identifying new business opportunities and technical needs.
- Promoting and supporting products such as motors, wire ropes, wear & tear components, and other mechanical equipment.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and ensuring proper after-sales technical service and support.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a technical or engineering-related role.
- Knowledge of mechanical components, motors, wire ropes, and wear & tear parts is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues independently.
- Willing to travel occasionally to support operations outside Sibu and other regions.
