<li>Provide and perform general administrative and clerical support to teams and departments.</li>
<li>Perform data entry, maintain databases and generate reports when requested.</li>
<li>Manage emails, phone calls and inquiries professionally and promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize office supplies, meeting schedules and internal communication.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.</li>
<li>Assist with preparing reports, letters, memos and presentations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support in onboarding and offboarding processes of associate.</li>
<li>Ensure a tidy, organized and functional office environment (pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and maintain confidentiality of records.</li>
<li>Provide and perform general administrative and clerical support for the Company’s subsidiaries as assigned.</li>
<li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned.</li>
