We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Specialist (Collector) to manage overdue accounts, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong communication with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and branches to ensure efficient collection operations.

Working hours :
<ul>
<li>4 days working (Weekend is a must), 3 days off</li>
<li>Rotational shift and off day on weekdays </li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities: 
<ol>
<li>Contact Management: - Initiate contact with customers with pre-due payments. - Maintain professional communication to build trust and facilitate resolutions. </li>
<li>Operational Efficiency - Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective collection processes. - Monitor the status of pre-due accounts and implement prompt actions for payment recovery within the specified timeline. </li>
<li>Negotiation and Problem-Solving: - Negotiate payment terms and solutions with customers to secure successful repayment. - Provide appropriate recommendations for settlement options while adhering to company policies. </li>
<li>Record Maintenance: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer communications, payment agreements, and collection activities. - Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements regarding record-keeping.</li>
</ol>
