The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving issues from both merchants and end users, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience. The role requires quick thinking, high responsiveness, and excellent communication skills, as some issues will need to be resolved on the spot. 
Key Responsibilities: · Respond to enquiries from merchants and end users via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner. · Provide solutions to issues related to transactions, user accounts, merchant support, system troubleshooting, and general enquiries. · Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. operations, tech, finance) to resolve more complex issues that require cross-functional input. · Monitor and escalate urgent issues that require immediate attention or further investigation. · Keep records of enquiries, issues, and resolutions using our internal CRM system. · Contribute to improving internal processes and the customer support knowledge base. · Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective resolutions.&nbsp;
