Act as Business Continuity Management Coordinator for Group Cloud Infrastructure. Working closely with Group Business Continuity team to ensure appropriate recoverability planning and testing is in place along with Disaster Recovery best practices to mitigate the overall risk to AIA critical business operations.<div>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Work closely with the Group Business Continuity, Business Unit and internal delivery teams on service reporting activities.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform business impact analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to quantify the impact of a major disruption to the organization's critical processes and to identify threats the organization is exposed to.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prepare, coordinate and conduct the organization’s disaster recovery exercises and validation/test in order to enhance the preparedness of an organization to deal with disruptive events, ensuring the RTO (recovery time objectives) and RPO (recovery point objectives) for the organization’s systems are met.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Review disaster recovery approach and procedure, adjust disaster recovery runbook where necessary.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Review organization’s critical business function’s recovery readiness, including reviewing the capability and capacity of recovery systems, oversight on the implementation of the solution and test to ensure DR readiness is in place.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Advocate continuous service improvement to ensure improvement plan is in place to address operational gaps.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage the Business Units Business Continuity Coordinators and Disaster Recovery third party vendor relationships.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage stakeholders’ relationship.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Conduct disaster recovery postmortem, prepare test report and management reporting on disaster recovery activities for the Organization.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>Qualifications:&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Minimum 5 years working experience providing IT Disaster Recovery (DR) service from designated regional IT hub for organization with global presence.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Well-verse with ITIL IT Service Continuity Management or equivalent concept but not limited to the following: eg.
