The Technician is to oversee all aspects of Microbulk installation, maintenance, and upgrades. This role will involve managing the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from planning and coordination to execution and reporting, ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient project delivery, timely maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microbulk systems.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Organize, manage and oversee all the Engineering and Technical Installation and maintenance projects relating to Microbulk as directed by management
  • Assist Engineer for all stages of project management for in-house material equipment upgrades and major outsourced projects as necessary
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance tasks related to Microbulk including the PMT application and renewal  
  • Conduct and document equipment audits to recognize areas for scheduled repair, improvements, upgrades, or equipment obsolescence/replacement
  • Ensure that all testing and verification documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner so that all items that are reported to have been tested will be correct when assessed by auditor
  • Make changes to configuration or replace parts as required to ensure that the each individual device and the system as a whole operate in accordance with the contract and associated approved documentation (follow MOC)
  • Coordinating a team of technician, electrician and contracting personnel to perform installation, maintenance & services of Microbulk as schedules, technical requirements, code requirements, contractual requirements and budgets & under safe manner 

Are you a MATCH?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in engineering, and maintenance of industrial systems.
  • Technical expertise in Microbulk systems, equipment installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
