It is a structured programme that allows for an in-depth exploration of interest in the chemicals industry and develops their professional skills and competencies. For the duration of the programme, our Management Associate will be rotated to work on special mission projects.<h2>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?</h2>1. Operational Excellence &amp; Quality<ul><li>Analyze operational data and cost stack to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational excellence.</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects to streamline workflows, optimise work processes and eliminate inefficiencies.</li><li>Conduct feasibility and viability study to optimise existing operational plants. If viable, build business cases with proposal paper and present to senior management to secure CAPEX.</li><li>Manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring sustainable and effective solutions.</li><li>Drive a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing norms and identifying &amp; solving process pain points.</li></ul> 2. Marketing and Competitive Intelligence<ul><li>Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events to build brand awareness and promote our products.</li><li>Collaborate with regional counterparts to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.</li><li>Analyse and research competitors moves and market share in each region supporting business development &amp; strategic decision making of management.</li><li>Oversee the lead management process, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with business targets.</li></ul> 3. Customer Experience<ul><li>Champion a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, utilizing customer satisfaction metrics and feedback.</li><li>Conduct regular Voice of the Customer (VoC) surveys to gather and analyze feedback, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement &amp; satisfaction and optimize the order-to-delivery process.</li><li>Collaborate across departments to foster a shared understanding of and commitment to the customer experience.</li></ul> 4. Ad-hoc Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide support to the senior management on various activities and projects.</li><li>Proactively participate in management-related events to expand your network and enhance your coordination skills.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Are you a MATCH? </h2><ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable educational institution with good academic and co-curricular record.</li><li>Entry level applicants or a maximum of 3 years of full-time working experience candidates are welcome to apply.</li><li>Strong leadership qualities, excellent numerical and communication skills, high learning agility and resilience to succeed in a dynamic environment.</li></ul> Why Join Us?
