<ins>Position Overview</ins>
The Operations Administrative Analyst is a high-trust support role responsible for daily operational tracking, cross-departmental data recording, and productivity analysis. This position ensures that the General Manager receives accurate, organized, and visually summarized information across production, packing, event sales, retail operations, and live host performance.
The role includes statistical data visualization and trend analysis to support GM decision-making, while remaining non-managerial and not interfering with department operations.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h4>1. Day-to-Day Operations Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Record daily operational activities across production, packing, event sales, and retail operations.</li>
<li>Track live host performance, including attendance, engagement metrics, and revenue outcomes.</li>
<li>Maintain centralized and structured records for GM access and historical reference.</li>
<li>Monitor marketing activities across campaigns, influencer/KOL programs, and promotions, consolidating results into summary reports.</li>
<li>Execute GM requests for data retrieval or cross-departmental updates when team leads are unavailable or when data is missing. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>2. Data Safekeeping &amp; Record Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Organize and maintain secure records for all cross-departmental operational activities.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of sensitive operational and sales data.</li>
<li>Maintain backups and safeguards to prevent data loss. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>3. Productivity &amp; Performance Tracking</h4>
<ul>
<li>Monitor productivity growth for operations, including production and packing teams.</li>
<li>Consolidate cross-departmental data into summary reports and dashboards for GM review.</li>
<li>Track and highlight trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement across departments. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>4. Statistical Analysis &amp; Visualization</h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare statistical graphs, charts, and dashboards to visually summarize:</li>
<ul>
<li>Production and packing output trends</li>
<li>Event sales and retail performance</li>
<li>Live host performance metrics</li>
<li>Departmental KPI comparisons</li>
<li>Marketing activity outcomes and KPIs</li>
</ul>
<li>Use Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio) for visualization.</li>
<li>Translate raw data into clear and easy-to-understand insights for GM decision-making. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>5. Administrative &amp; Meeting Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Take meeting minutes relevant to the GM, highlighting key action items.</li>
<li>Track follow-ups from meetings and ensure they are reflected in operational and productivity records.</li>
<li>Assist the GM with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks.</li>
</ul>
