This Organization is striving for excellence, adopting the Best in Class models to deliver value through simplification and standardization of processes, while adhering to Internal controls and compliance requirements.</div></div> <h2>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?</h2><ul><li>Accounting (Journal, Billing, Expense accrual, Forex Revaluation, Cost recharge etc.)</li><li>Explain on Profit &amp; Lost fluctuation Month-on-Month and Actual vs Target to affiliates</li><li>Balance Sheet Reconciliation including historical data cleansing</li><li>IRIS reporting (P&amp;L, BS, Cash Flow, Intercompany declaration)</li><li>Prepare statutory financial statements</li><li>Full support to external and internal audits</li><li>Support on General Ledger operational excellence project</li><li>Other assigned tasks e.g. raising SNOW ticket, IT ticket, Create project/Assets etc. </li></ul><h2>Are you a MATCH? </h2><ul><li>At least 3 years in audit, commercial accounting or shared services accounting is required</li><li>Degree in Accounting / Finance equivalent</li><li>Business level proficiency in English&nbsp;and&nbsp;Japanese&nbsp;languages, both verbal and written. Preferable certified in&nbsp;JLPT N1/N2&nbsp;or some years of studied or lived in Japan.
