Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Device Handling:
Manage the daily collection, return, and inventory of operational devices.
Ensure devices are prepared and available for use at the start of each shift.
2. Maintenance and Charging:
Oversee device charging to ensure readiness for use.
Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance to maintain device functionality.
3. Troubleshooting:
Identify and address minor technical issues promptly.
Escalate unresolved issues to the technical support team when necessary.
4. Software Updates and Configuration:
Perform routine software updates and ensure devices are properly configured.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of device usage, status, and troubleshooting activities.
Provide regular reports on device performance and operational issues.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in inventory or device management is a plus.
2. Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic technical aptitude to perform troubleshooting and updates (training provided).
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
3. Personal Attributes:
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
4. Other Requirements:
Physically capable of handling and organizing multiple devices as required.
